Once, for more than 7 years, I worked in the real estate field, reviving abandoned rural homes and connecting places with people and people with places. During this time, I have seen and experienced a lot. I have encountered countless ancestral properties that need new owners but, for some inexplicable reason, cannot be sold. I have met people searching for their place but unable to find it for years. I have gotten to know owners who cannot decide whether to sell their family homes, struggling with a deep sense of guilt. I have come across siblings who have not spoken to each other for years due to inheritance disputes. I have met relatives who have become estranged because they could not divide their inheritance. There have been countless conversations with young families finding it hard to decide whether to buy a specific property or grappling with the confusion of whether to move from the city to the countryside or vice versa. The situations, problems, conflicts, and outcomes are many and varied.
⭐️ A couple of years ago, when I began practicing Family Systemic Constellations according to B. Hellinger’s method, I realized that, in almost all of these situations, the property serves as a symbol drawing the attention of all involved to something that needs to be heard, seen, and included. Something excluded or hidden seeks its place. Perhaps something needs to be acknowledged for the situation to change. Experience shows that this cannot be solved through logic, as it is the unknown, the unfathomable. This method is not a miracle solution that will resolve inheritance issues in an hour, but it offers an opportunity to feel and see the situation from a completely different angle and depth, thereby illuminating the path to new solutions.
🏕 I work both in person and remotely online. All you need is a phone with internet access, a safe and undisturbed environment, and the WhatsApp application.
